Fine Global Arts Distributors is seeking an operations Manager to complete a variety of tasks and processes to keep the company running effectively and efficiently. Help manage contracts, and independent contractor process. Additionally, there will be reporting and analytics that you would be involved and special projects.
Professional Responsibilities
- Identify and help improve processes and standardizations.
- Ensure new engagements are setup properly within internal software.
- Update internal systems as appropriate.
- Export, review, transform and import data from and into appropriate systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS word/Excel
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills: ability to resolve problems.
- Motivated, self-starter and quick learner who can work with little supervision.
Work Environment
This position is flexible with the ability to operate remote.

The Marketing Operations Manager will deliver key insights and recommendations that optimize the performance of the marketing department and marketing programs/campaigns and assists the marketing department in the achievement of its goals.
Professional Responsibilities
- Supports the regional, practice, and industry marketing team
- Identifies and implements opportunities for marketing process improvement
- Creates processes and procedures to achieve optimal workflow
- Assists with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, presentation preparation, and copyediting for CMO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
- Ability to work with internal leaders and c-suite executives
- Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong business and/or marketing acumen


Marketing Associate
JOB FUNCTION
is seeking a full-time marketing associate with knowledge of professional services for the Firm’s Mid-Atlantic Region, supporting both regional and industry marketing initiatives. The position requires an individual with a desire to perform a variety of marketing functions including business development, event planning, proposal process, and project management.
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating the generation, editing, and publication of marketing content including blog posts, e-newsletters, website updates, and social media posts
- Assisting in the development of presentations, proposals, and other collateral
- Conducting prospect and market research
- Planning and executing virtual events, including the creation of registration pages, build-out of the event site.
- Other special projects, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Collaborative individual with a natural client service orientation and can-do attitude
- Exceptional communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency required in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and willingness to learn other technical platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce.
